Wellsite Geology
The Wellsite Geologist represents the interests of the subsurface team at the wellsite and is responsible for ensuring that all geological, geophysical and petrophysical data is collected, QC'd, evaluated and reported to the Operations Geologist in the office.             The Wellsite Geologist’s duties include:  •	HSE leadership •	Supervision of mudlogging MWD/LWD, wireline logging and coring contractors •	Liaison with the Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Engineers •	Description of cuttings returns •	Interpretation of formation tops •	Ensuring the sampling, coring and logging programs are implemented •	Compilation of the Daily Geological Report •	Compilation of Wellsite Composite Logs •	Evaluating and reporting hydrocarbon shows •	Quick look wireline and LWD log interpretation •	Geosteering •	Qualitative evaluation of pore pressure •	End of well reporting
